Rules and Regulations
Accommodation is allocated by reception. Rooms are provided as single person occupancy only unless otherwise advised.
The following forms of behaviour constitute MISCONDUCT. Proven breaches of misconduct may result in withdrawal of accommodation entitlement and eviction.
Behaviour which constitutes ‘misconduct’ includes, but is NOT limited to the following:

Behaviour which constitutes ‘misconduct’ includes, but is NOT limited to the following:
- Unsanitary use of any facility and acts against accepted hygiene standards.
- Riotous, drunken, boisterous, or noisy behaviour.
- Provocative or insulting language or offensive behaviour (including, but not limited to, that directed at staff or Support Services).
- Causing a nuisance to others, or causing a disturbance.
- Refusal to present room key when requested.
- Refusal to adhere to Dining Room registering procedures and/or rules.
- Failure to maintain your accommodation room in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Failure to observe dress code in the Dining Room or recreation facilities.
- The playing of a stereo, radio, TV, musical instrument or other audible equipment at what constitutes a high level and disturbing others.
- Failure to follow this Code of Conduct.
- Participating in unauthorised gambling or betting.
- Unauthorised meetings in the Landing Resort area.
- Negligence or wilful acts that cause and/or have the potential to cause injury, physical damage, or fire.
- Inappropriate use, tampering, wilful damage to fire fighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, hoses, smoke detectors, computer systems, alarms systems, etc.
- Abuse of, damage to or vandalism of Landing Resort facilities and amenities.
- Fighting, and/or offensive, intimidating or violent behaviour (either initiating and/or in response to actions of another).
- Harassment of any kind (including on the basis of sex, religion, race, ethnicity, colour, ancestry, age, impairment), including on social media.
- Inciting or abetting others to commit offences.
- Possessing or using firearms, dangerous weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, or other prohibited items.
- Conducting or participating in any illegal activity or act.
- Wilful damage to, theft of, or unauthorised use of, property belonging to another person, including other guests and staff or contractors of either the owner or operator, including the premises and amenities.
- Trespassing on any part of the premises where access is denied, including but not limited to construction areas (if applicable), staff premises, or offices, for any reason.
- Selling, keeping for sale, or permitting to be sold intoxicating liquor in any area of the resort.
- Wilful refusal to comply with safety, security, hygiene, environmental and/or accommodation rules and/or instructions.
Prohibited items on Landing Resort grounds include, but are not limited to the following:
- The possession of, or use of, firearms, offensive weapons, and explosives.
- Posting on any wall or placing public view, including your accommodation room, pornographic material, or material of a like nature which could offend.
- The possession of, and or use of, any illegal drug or substance, corrosive or obnoxious substances of like matter.
- Animals or live pets of any kind.
- Any illegal item, implement, subject matter whatsoever.

For the benefit and well being of all guests/residents, conformity with normal standards of acceptable community behaviour is expected at Landing Resort. Each guest is required to

- treat management, staff, security and other guests with respect and tolerance
- ensure facilities are respected and utilised properly, including reporting maintenance required or defects to reception
- follow all rules and regulations and ensure misconduct is not tolerated in the resort
