Welcome to The Landing, where we are committed to offering the finest buffet experience in town. Led by our skilled and professional chefs, we serve a diverse range of international and local cuisine dishes every day. Our on-site dining hall is conveniently located opposite blocks 400 and 500.
We offer a full breakfast buffet and crib lunch from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM and a full dinner buffet from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Laundry
Our laundry facilities are complimentary to guests staying at the Landing Resort and The Walkabout Hotel. We have 21 laundry facilities available open at all hours for your convenience.
Equipped with washers and dryers, you may also request an iron and ironing board from reception. Please refer to the map to find your closest Laundromat. Should you require laundry powder, see our reception staff during office hours for complimentary sachets.

Gym
We offer 24-hour access to our gym. Gym fobs are available from the reception and should be returned with the room key upon check out.
Guests using the gym must adhere to the safety guidelines specified in the gym and ensure used equipment is returned to its original place. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn to the gym. If you find any damaged or unsafe equipment, please report it to the office immediately or phone 08 9172 4111.

Wet Mess
Our onsite wet mess is available for our guests, equipped with air-conditioning, alfresco areas, BYO licensing and pool tables. Alcohol can be purchased at the Walkabout Hotel adjacent to the Landing Resort.
Due to alcohol regulations in the Port Hedland area, it is important to note that no takeaway alcohol can be purchased from any licensed venue including pubs, bottles shops or hotels on Sundays.

Our guests staying at The Landing Resort and The Walkabout Hotel have access to the pool facilities located at The Walkabout Hotel. Please refer to site map and see our reception staff with any questions.

Check-in/ Check-out times
All guests must check out by 10 am. You will receive a SMS on your mobile phone the day before your departure date. If you are not leaving on that day, you MUST contact reception immediately. Please do not leave your belongings in the room without your booking extension confirmed by Reception. Booking extensions are subjected to availability and requests must be communicated no later than 24 hours prior to check out time on the day of departure and you can be requested to move rooms.

Noise Curfew
We welcome guests to BYO while enjoying dinner at our full buffet but do request those participating past 9:00 PM make use of the Wet Mess to ensure other guests can take pleasure in a peaceful sleep. Gatherings are NOT allowed around any motel rooms or caravans at any time.
Cleaning
Rooms will be serviced once per week, on a day nominated by the Manager. Each service will include a full bed linen and towel change.
Should a guest display a ‘do not disturb’ or ‘night shift’ sign on a cleaning day, the clean will not be completed, please contact reception staff to organise an appropriate time for the clean to be completed.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited by law inside all buildings and rooms in the resort. Smoking is only to occur in designated smoking areas.
Car Parking
Parking is available for in house guests only. Please register your car Rego at the reception on arrival date. Please use designated parking showing on the map. The car park is being monitored, and non-guest's vehicles will be towed away at owner's expense.
Maintenance
To ensure defects and/or breakages are corrected in a timely manner guests must report any defects of equipment/facility to the Reception Office. Maintenance (excluding emergency maintenance) will be carried out during normal working hours. Should there be any emergency maintenance outside of office hours, please contact the office on 08 9172 4111.
